How we handle your application

What we ask for

Your name, email, the country you are based in, whether you can work in Ireland, your CV and, if you choose, a phone number, a link and a note. For restricted roles we also ask, optionally, about military service.

We do not ask for your nationality, date of birth, gender or a photo.

Where it goes

When you press send, your application is emailed to Knogin's People team through Proton Mail, our EU-based email provider. This website does not save it, and there is no applicant database behind it.

You get a confirmation email. It contains the role and reference only, never anything you typed.

Who sees it

The People team and the people interviewing for the role. For restricted roles, our security team also takes part in screening.

Why we can use it

You ask us to consider you for a role, and you tick the box to agree. We use your information for that and nothing else.

Changing your mind

Reply to the confirmation email to withdraw your application or ask us to delete what you sent. Our full privacy policy explains your other rights under GDPR.
